JSPS San Francisco Office held the 2nd Young JSPS Fellow Forum at the JSPS Office on May 30th.
At this time, seven selected Japanese young researchers specializing in Neuroscience from UC
San Francisco, UC Berkeley and Stanford University gathered to exchange information and to
discuss the latest research in Neuroscience.

Mr. Masaaki Sato (UCSF, former JSPS Fellow 2005-2007) and the other young researchers, including
two current JSPS Fellows and one former JSPS Fellow, spoke eagerly about their research
field. Three researchers also reported their latest research
results and discussed specific fields of Neuroscience.

This Forum is aimed at promoting more discussions about specific research issues
among young Japanese researchers in the west coast of America. We have decided to
hold this forum about Neuroscience on a regular basis.
